Situations - Daybreak.

This song is so inspiring me. It's where my blog's name comes from. The lyrics and music are so uplifting and hopeful. If I'm having a bad day, I'll just listen to it on repeat. Daybreak is made up of some great friends of mine and you should all really check them out here or here.

you've got your situations
i'd say you're born into them
and you'd go to prove
it's got more to do
with bad luck than bad news
you wear it on and across your chest
you wanna break your patterns
maybe kick your habits
but you got confused
the way they broadcasted the truth to you
so what's really you, yeah what's best
for your adaptation and success
so don't you ever say that

you're traumatized by human error
or you're disquieted by your sins
cuz we do that for you now
so don't be scared
no don't be scared, no

we've made our brave conclusion
so Love, let's start our movement
prove that maybe our fate can cheat this machine
we got locked in this god-damned basement
so turn beethoven over so we don't fall on deaf ears
but we all have one story
same actors and allegory
oh! humanity! our seed still needs something to be complete
but now your decisions are spent
so what's influence, what's coincidence
so never say that

you're traumatized by human error
or you're disquieted by your sins
so don't take people so personally

but we attended the wrong film
we attended the auditorium
we missed the chorus line
the only thing that allowed us to cry
we missed the perfect life
is everyone prepared to sleep tonight
and from the telephone in my dream
a thousand voices rising up through me

which is my voice, which is my voice on the air
when extension don't throw a fit
yeah, we don't, we don't realize
what you kill it don't ever die
(we've got it figured out enough,
i swear we've got it figured out)
if we don't materialize we're gonna pull apart from the inside
if we don't see the greater life, we can't walk across dividing lines
enough! i swear we've got it figured out now
and it's all relative so i go
da da da da da da da
oh-oh oh my god, turn it off!
no, don't be frightened Love
no, don't be scared
no, don't be scared
no
